MEMORY

1. Almond powder - 250g
    Fennel seeds (Soanf) - 250g - fry fennel seeds with 2 drops ghee and make powder
    Sugar candy - 250g / thati bellam
(for taste)

    Mix above ingredients and store . take  1-2 tsp powder with half glass milk and drink

   Besides memory power it also helps in eye sight improvement.

2. Add black pepper powder ( 3 pinches ) and 1 tsp sugar candy powder to 1 cup of warm milk and take  in the morning and night

3. Fennel seeds powder 100g + 100g candy sugar . Mix them and lick 1/2 tsp powder morning and evening . For children take half dose of the above adult dose . Take 1 hr gap before or after food .

4. Equal quantities of Fennel powder + Jeera and sugar ,mix and take with above dosage .

5. Soak almond 4 nos for children and 7 nos for adults in the morning . At 9 pm peel and grind . Add crushed/pounded 2 peppers for children and 4 pepper crushed/pounded for adults . Boil in one cup of milk after 3 times boiling sieve the milk and add the candy sugar for taste. Drink the milk for 100 days .

6. Almond powder + Khus Khus ( fry and grind) same quantity and add sugar for taste and take with 1/2 glass water + 2 tsp powder . 1-0-1

7.  Peepal tree fruit  powder , equal quantity honey . Reduces ageing and can live 100 years

8. Luke warm milk 1 cup + cow ghee 1tsp + sesame oil ( til oil) 1tsp .take 1-0-1

9. Krishna tulasi 100g + saraswati choornam 100g , Senkha pushti 100g , Aswa gandha 100g , Athimadhuram 100g , kanda chakkera / thati bellam 100g . Mix all the ingredients and take 1/2 tsp or 1tsp  with milk 1-0-1 . take with empty stomach and night before dinner . children 5 g , Adults 10g with 1 cup milk

10. Aswagandha choornam 100g , Thatibellam /Sugar candy 100g . Mix and take 10g in the morning and in the night .

11. Banyan tree fruit powder 1 tsp, 1/4 tsp Jeera powder ( only for Constipation people) + milk + sugar . take 1 tsp for above 15 years age , 1/2 tsp for below 15 yrs of age.  It also helps body improvement.

12. For children No fridge food , No market food

13. Pomegranate juice increase memory power and delays ageing .

14. Sarada prasanna choornam
       Ingredients :
Thippa theega + uttareni + vasa+vayuvidangalu + saraswati + bodatharam flowers 50 g each . Powder and sieve . Store in glass bottle . 3 pinch + 1/4 tsp honey , take 1 hr before food and 1 hr before going to sleep at night . Lost memory can be regained

15. Amla powder 3g + water 1-0-1 .

16. Thippatheega either juice or powder 10-20 ml with water.

17. Mulathi ( Athimadhuram) 3g + water/honey

18. sankhapushti rasam/syrup  2-4 tsp

19. Amla + seseme powder 1/2 tsp with honey / ghee , morning and evening -  40 days

20. Fridge food causes Kapham + memory loss

21. Take plenty of seasonal fruits and leafy vegetables , No fast foods . Timely sleep for 6-8 hrs . Less strain
22. Soak baddam overnight, peel, dry and powder.  Add same quantity gasagasalu (khus khus) cleaned , fried and powdered.  Add sugar candy same quantity.  Take 1/2 tsp glass water and add 2 spoons powder.  Once or two times a day.
23. Ravi (Peepal) fruits powder and equal quantity honey.  Improves age up to 100 years and good memory.

24. Lukewarm mill 1 cup + cow ghee 1 tsp + sesame (til) oil 1 tsp.  Take morning and evening.

Good food,  Arati davva/tamalipakula/vellulli  rasam, Vit B12 (vegetables will have less B12) that causes memory loss. Hence, besides vegetables fruits and  other food, items rich in B12 to be taken.

Pranayamam, meditation, exercise, sufficient sleep (7-8 hours), concentration by experience, discussion, attending seminars and conferencing, learning different subjects, no strain.

Ayurveda remedies: Vasa, Tippa tega rasam, shanka pusti, vasadi churnam, Saraswati lahyam, brahim gee, brahmi ,  smruti sagara.  Pouring oil on forehead.

causes: Old age, lack of protein food, thyroid, Diabetes (high and low sugar), Hypertension, Murcha, injury to head,  smoking, drinking, ghee, oil, dalda,   fast/fatty food, chemical food, infection, depression, over-reading, menopause, artificial good, artificial colours, over the counter drugs.

Remedies: No preservatives, santulita aharam,

Thumb pressing 200 times. Gnana mudra, OM, Bhastrika, Tratakam.
Join thumb end and forefinger end for any longer.
Take breath, stop and leave slowly.
Breath in and out.
