Neck

Neck pain -

1. Vavilakulu/drumstick leaves/avisakulu - either or both crush and paste.  Put in Castor oil and fry.  Take out and put in cloth and bind around neck.

2. Black tumma aaku (leaves)/flowers/kaya (nuts)/banka (gum)/berudu (bark) crush and powder.   50 gms each. Mix with misri powder of 250 gms.  Sieve in cloth.  Eat 1/2 to 1 TSP with empty stomach with one glass water.

3. 1) Food - Shonti 20 gms +  Jaggery 80 gms + Ghee 80 gms. Put in 320 gms milk and make a thick paste. Cool. Eat 5 gms morning and evening.

3. 2) Arhardal cooked water, old rice (lukewarm).

3. 3) Battayi/Musambi, grapes, orange, lemon, ponnaganti koora, fenugreekleaves curry.

Move neck to front, back and sides1.  Use thin pillow.
