HEAVY BODY







HEAVY BODY:

TAKE ULAVALU (HORSE GRAM), SOAK IN WATER, MAKE  GUGGILLU + ONION SMALL PIECES + SINDHAVA LAVANAM = BODY WILL GET HARD.

FRESH GRAPES ¾ FULL STOMACH ¼ MEALS

GANJI (PORRIDGE) 2-3 GLASSES

BOILED VEGETABLE JUICE + PUDINA, CURRY LEAVES, KOTTIMIRI, POPU

ASANALU – KAPALABHATI (PULLING THE STOMACH INSIDE AND LEAVING_

WITH HEAVY BODY, BLOOD SUGAR WILL COME, ALSO IN CHILDREN.

TOO MUCH FAT: THIS GIVES FEELING OF MORE HUNGER.

UTTARENI POWDER ( 5 TO 10 YEARS ) ½ - 1 SMALL TEA SPOON WITH 1 GLASS WATER. BOIL.ADD MILK (IF REQUIRED ADD SUGAR/KANDACHEKKAR) ONCE A DAY. IT CAN BE MADE AS A MUDDA (LUMP).
