50) To become very strong:
4 tsp wheet/yavalu + 1 tsp fenugreek. Soak in one glass water for 24 hrs. Filter. Add 2 gms Sonti powder and ½ lemon and 2 tsp honey to the filtered water.
Keep the seeda in wet cloth for 24 hrs. Sprounts will come. Add black pepper, Sindhava lavanam, usiri podi ½ tsp. Eat the seeds and drink water. If required, add old jaggary.
Do the same every day. This should be taken first in the morning.
